Array containing abbreviated Devanagari Nepali names for all twelve Bikram Sambat calendar months.
The MONTH_SHORT_NP constant supplies short Devanagari abbreviations for each Bikram Sambat month. Starting with index 0 for Baisakh and ending with index 11 for Chaitra, these abbreviated labels are designed for space constrained displays such as date pickers, dashboard summaries, and mobile layouts.
